To be at their most effective it is important for teachers to engage with research and evidence. This means keeping up-to-date with the latest developments as well as being equipped to apply and evaluate in evidence informed practice. The ETC Learning Hub facilitates teacher and leader learning using evidence to inform professional development.

The British Educational Leadership Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) is an independent voice supporting quality education through effective leadership and management. Its members are a mixture of practitioners in schools, colleges and universities and working academics. The Alliance subscribes to BERA and BELMAS.
